Safety-Kleen's
Kevin Harvick took his Chevy truck to victory lane on Friday night in the Ford 200 Camping World NASCAR Truck Series race at the Homestead-Miami Speedway. The victory was Harvick's second in a row, his third in six starts this year and the sixth of his career.
Safety-Kleen driver
Matt Crafton, who is the runner up in the points battle this year, came home in second followed by Colin Braun in third. The race finished with a green white checkered dash for the cash and all three of the top finishers dropped kick race leader Timothy Peters to fourth on the last lap. Todd Bodine had another good race and came home fifth, followed by Mike Skinner, David Starr, Hornaday, Johnny Sauter and T.J. Bell. Besides winning the race, Kevin Harvick Inc. came into Homestead with a 60 point lead over Billy Ballew Motorsports in the owners' standings. But bad luck bit Kyle Busch again as he suffered a cut tire and speed penalty on pit road, handing over the owners championship to Kevin Harvick Inc. The Camping World Series will hold its annual awards banquet on Monday night in Miami and the trophy will go to Safety-Kleen's Ron Hornaday. Congratulations to Ron and the entire Kevin Harvick Inc race team.
