Bowyer Beats Busch at Dover

Safety-Kleen's Clint Bowyer claimed his second win of the season on Saturday by beating
Kyle Busch at Dover. Yes, someone was able to outrun Kyle this weekend and it was great to see a
Safety-Kleen sponsored driver do it. The
Richard Childress driver started in 16th place and passed Busch shortly after the halfway mark and remained up front all the way to the checkered flag. Bowyer led the last 83 laps of the race while Busch led 109 laps, but not the last one. One of the highlights of the race came toward the end when a wreck occurred with ten laps to go between
Brad Keselowski and
Denny Hamlin. This was a typical example of one driver coming down on another, sending Hamlin spinning against the inside barrier and out of contention. After the race, the two drivers went nose to nose with each other on pit road. The caution tightened up the field and it was a dash for the cash with just a handful of laps to go. When the checkered flag flew, it was Bowyer and another great drive by
Mike Bliss, followed by Keselowski and Busch in fourth.
Carl Edwards rounded out the top five and now is 211 points behind Busch in the championship battle. Off to the Kansas Speedway for the next race on Saturday.
