Ron Hornaday Jr. never gave up on Saturday night and took home the trophy and his third straight victory in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. This weekend the victory came at the Kentucky Speedway located just east of Louisville. To win, Hornaday had to beat another SK driver and past champion, Mike Skinner. The win for Hornaday was not easy as he never could get his truck to respond to changes early in the race. Then on the last stop on Lap 127, crew chief Rick Wren made major chassis and tire pressure changes and the truck came alive. Hornaday and Skinner hooked up and off they went to the front. At the end, it was Hornaday, followed by Skinner with Matt Crafton in third - all Safety-Kleen drivers. Timothy Peters finished in fourth with Eric Almirola in fifth. The win gave Hornaday a 96 point lead over Crafton as the teams head for Indy next week. Thanks to the Louisville branch for another great job over the weekend staffing the Recycling Centers at the track and spreading the
Make Green Work message.
